Denmark
 Skål, pronounced Skoal.

France
Santé. A la votre, or to yours

Germany
Prost for beer, and Zum wohl for wine, both of which translate to mean To your good health.

Sweden
We’ll dispense with the  empty skull of a fallen foe and simply say Skal

Spain
Salud, meaning to good health

Italy
Salute, meaning to your health, is a common toast, as is the more informal Cin-cin (which some say is derived from the sound of clinking glass).

China
Gan bei, meaning bottoms up, or Kai pay, (drain your glass).

Hungary
Egészségére! meaning for your health,

Poland
Na zdrowia, (nah zdroh-vee-ah) or to your health.

Greece

Stin iyia mas! – To our health! (Commonly shortened to Yiamas!) (our Health) or ya soo or ya sas (your health) or, as the late Dino Poulis used to say Skinny Asses

And the New BC Bonnie Henry Toast:

Be Kind. Be Calm. Be Safe

Always look your ’toastee’ in the eye, when you make your toast – and always take a sip when you’ve toasted.
